Detailed Assignment Requirements: It is essential to provide clear and detailed instructions for your assignment, including font type, font size, spacing, size, margin, task structure, and deadline. The task details should be communicated accurately to avoid any misunderstandings.

Plagiarism Check: All completed tasks will undergo a plagiarism check using Turnitin with a minimum acceptable similarity index of 10%. Ensuring originality and academic integrity is a priority.

Responsibility and Revision: Menggarap is not responsible for any faults in the task that arise due to unclear or incomplete instructions provided by the customer. In the case of necessary revisions, an additional fee may be applicable.

Task Acceptance: Currently, Menggarap accepts tasks primarily from the social humanities field, such as international relations, political studies, communications, management, sociology. However, manual writing tasks and document editing requests are also accepted.

Revision Policy: Customers have up to three revision requests within one week if substantial changes are required based on the initial instructions provided.

Payment Terms: Payment can be made either halfway through or at the end of the task processing time. Accepted payment methods include BCA (preferable), BNI, OVO, GOPAY, DANA, SHOPEE, QRIS, and TSEL.

Setting Deadlines: It is advised to set the deadline for the task 1-7 days before the actual deadline to ensure sufficient time for revisions and finalization.

Expedited Services: Real-time or urgent deadline requests within one day or a few hours are available, but an extra fee will be charged for these services.

Fee Determination: The fees for Menggarap's services will be determined based on factors such as the deadline, difficulty level, and other relevant considerations. Please contact Menggarap directly to discuss the applicable fees.

Delivery Channels: Completed tasks will be delivered through various channels, including G-drive (most of the time), email, Whatsapp, LINE, Discord, or Telegram, depending on the customer's preference.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled up to 3 days before the actual deadline. However, cancellations requested after this time frame may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy: Refunds will only be considered if the completed task does not align with the provided instructions. It is crucial to review the delivered task and communicate any discrepancies promptly.

Customer Feedback: Menggarap values customer feedback. After using their services, it is requested that customers provide feedback, highlighting areas for improvement. Feedback can be provided privately through direct messaging or anonymously on their padlet.

No Hit and Run: Menggarap expects customers to honor their commitments and refrain from requesting services without the intention of completion.
